Delo Likens Kosovo-Serbia Deal to Game of Cat and Mouse

Ljubljana, 23 April - The daily Delo comments on Tuesday on the recent agreement on the normalisation of ties between Kosovo and Serbia, saying that the deal never would have happened if other countries had not stepped up pressure on Kosovo and the EU would not have offered a carrot to Serbia. However, the EU has held on to its aces.
