Welfare Reform to Cut Expenditure, Raise Revenue

Ljubljana, 24 April - A reform of Slovenia's health and welfare system is in the making for this year according to the National Reform Programme unveiled on Wednesday, with expansive expenditure- and revenue-side measures planned.
