NLB AGM to Decide on EUR 367M Capital Hike

Ljubljana, 26 April - The annual shareholders meeting of the state-owned NLB bank scheduled for 11 June will decide on a new recapitalisation of EUR 367m and appoint a leaner supervisory board, according to a document endorsed by the board on Thursday, when chief supervisor Klemen Vidic stepped down.
