Court-Appointed Receiver Found Guilty of Abuse of Office
Ljubljana, 26 April - The Ljubljana District Court has found former court-appointed receiver Brane Gorše guilty of abuse of office in the receivership procedure of savings and loans bank NHK Sicura. Jože Šušteršič was found guilty of solicitation to the offence.
