New Taxes on the Horizon

Ljubljana, 26 April - The government has been adamant that spending cuts need to be coupled with higher taxes in order to sort out Slovenia's public finances. A raise in the VAT rates is being mulled, but two party leaders suggested Friday several more taxes could be in the offing.
