Flaw Found in Competition Protection Rules
Ljubljana, 29 April - The Constitutional Court has found the competition protection legislation to be unconstitutional for allowing the anti-trust agency to approve searches of business premisses. The provision, which was challenged by the Supreme Court, must now be amended in a year.
