Agrokor Announces Binding Bid for Mercator Takeover

Vukovar, 29 April - Croatian retailer Agrokor confirmed for the Croatian press agency Hina on Monday it was still vying for the takeover of its Slovenian rival Mercator and would submit a binding bid by 15 May. This is the ninth attempt at selling a majority stake in Mercator and Agrokor is again considered one of the main bidders.
