Primorske novice Pessimistic about Slovenia's Borrowing

Koper, 3 May - Moody's downgrading of Slovenia's credit rating on Tuesday was the clearest signal to the country so far that one cannot live on past glory. The message was that lending money to Slovenia is more of a game of chance than a business deal, the regional daily Primorske novice says in Friday's commentary.
