Changes to Holding Act and Restructuring Aid Enter into Force
Ljubljana, 7 May - Changes to the Slovenia Sovereign Holding act, which regulates the new custodian of state assets, entered into force on Tuesday, placing the holding and affiliated companies under Court of Audit oversight and simplifying state assets management. Also in effect are legislative changes that broaden the scope for state aid to distressed companies.
