Commissioner Says Governments Use Brussels as Excuse

Ljubljana, 10 May - Brussels is often being used as an excuse for governments to introduce unpopular measures, European Environment Commissioner Janez Potočnik said on the sidelines of a forum on sustainable development in Ljubljana on Friday. He stressed that the EU troika only came if a country requested for aid.
