Ljubljana, 17 May - Days after submitting its plan of fiscal and banking crisis-busting measures to Brussels, the government made the first step by agreeing new cuts in the public sector wage bill with the unions. Presenting the measures to the Eurogroup, Finance Minister Uroš Čufer was confident despite speculation that the measures were not considered sufficient.
