Chief Balkan Warrior Defendant Suing State for Tax

Ljubljana, 14 May - Dragan Tošić, the chief defendant in the high-profile Balkan Warrior drug trafficking trial who was acquitted by the first-instance court in November, is suing the state over what he believes to be an excessive tax levy imposed on him, according to a report by the commercial broadcaster Planet TV.
