Regulator Takes Action against Triglav and Its CEO
Ljubljana, 20 May - The Securities Market Agency has launched infringement proceedings against the country's top insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav and its chairman Matjaž Rakovec because he disclosed the proposed amount of the dividend payment in an interview with a Croatian daily before the shareholders were properly informed.
