Probe Launched at Prosecution and Courts over Tovšak Case

Ljubljana, 21 May - Supreme State Prosecutor Zvonko Fišer has ordered a review of procedures at the Specialised Group of Prosecutors which have possibly allowed former construction baroness Hilda Tovšak to escape justice. While the justice minister said that inquiry would probably be extended to the judiciary, a probe has already been launched by the Supreme Court.
