Ljubljana, 24 May - Prime Minister Alenka Bratušek hailed the political agreement on the introduction of the golden fiscal rule while downplaying fears that the zero-deficits rule spells the end of the welfare state at the outset of Friday's emergency session of parliament dedicated to the issue.
