Ljubljana, 31 May - The European Commission decided not to institute proceedings for excessive economic imbalances against Slovenia for now as it examined the country's reform plans. While it urged immediate measures, it also granted the country two more years to reduce its budget deficit. Hilda Tovšak continued to make headlines after surrendering to police.
