Economist Mramor Says Slovenia's Taxes Must Be Raised

Ljubljana, 31 May - Economist Dušan Mramor believes it is necessary for Slovenia to raise taxes. He told the weekly Mladina that in the current situation Slovenia could not go on only by cutting public spending, as this would cause only negative effects. Still, the country must also save, he said.
