Ring International Tight-Lipped About Potential Acquisition of Helios

Ljubljana, 3 June - After the deadline expired last week for the takeover of a near 73% stake in chemical company Helios, one of the unofficial bidders, Austrian holding Ring International, would not comment one the matter at a news conference in Ljubljana on Monday, but its officials expressed satisfaction with their 2008 acquisition in Slovenia.
