Ljubljanske Mlekarne Shareholders Appoint New Supervisors
Ljubljana, 10 June - The shareholders of dairy Ljubljanske mlekarne appointed Monday Michel Peslier, Thierry Zurcher, Gilles Meziere and Alenka Malenica new supervisory board members after Zoran Bošković, Polonca Čeč, Žiga Hieng and Mihaela Stopar resigned on 20 March. The dairy is 96%-owned by Croatia's dairy Dukat, a part of the French group Lactalis.
