EUR 500M Recapitalisation of NLB Confirmed
Ljubljana, 11 June - The shareholders of the majority state-owned NLB bank confirmed on Tuesday a EUR 500m capital increase, up from the originally proposed EUR 367m. The bank can spend the money only to beef up its capital adequacy.
