Transitional Period for Croatian Workers Enacted
Ljubljana, 20 June - The National Assembly endorsed in a unanimous vote on Thursday a bill that will put in place a two-year transitional period for Croatian workers after Croatia joins the EU on 1 July. Considering the labour market strain, MPs argued that priority should be given to the unemployed at home.
