Receiver Says Zidar Illegally Transferred EUR 8.6m from SCT

Ljubljana, 20 June - The receivership report at construction company SCT has indicated that the ex-boss of the former construction giant, Ivan Zidar, syphoned off EUR 8.65m from SCT by giving up claims of this value as the company was undergoing court-mandated debt restructuring in March 2011.
