EU Clears Aid for Cimos, Launches Probe into Revoz Aid

Brussels, 2 July - The European Commission ruled that a EUR 35m state guarantee for car parts maker Cimos is in line with EU state aid rules. It approved the measure temporarily, until it can take a position on the restructuring plan to be submitted by Slovenia by 21 November. It also launched an inquiry into the compliance of aid to car maker Revoz.
