Ljubljana, 4 July - The Chamber of Commerce decided on Thursday to propose to merchants to sign contracts with Erste Card Club, the new owner of Diners Club, which is a new step towards Diners Club getting back its licence, which was revoked by the central bank in May due to mounting debt.
