Ljubljana, 4 July - Instead of kick-starting the economy, the 2013 supplementary budget will provide it with another blow and will consequently prevent the creation of new jobs, the opposition stressed at Thursday's session of the parliamentary Labour, Family and Social Affairs Committee.
