Ljubljana to Get New Arts Centre Soon

Ljubljana, 11 July - The local authorities in Ljubljana had big plans for Rog, an abandoned riverside bicycle factory in the old city centre, but a proposed public-private partnership never materialised. Tired of waiting for private partners to come forward, the city has now decided to undertake the project itself, albeit at a smaller scale.
