Čufer Told Slovenia Needs to Do More to Reduce Deficit
Brussels, 8 July - A European Commission-initiated debate on Slovenia at Monday's Eurogroup meeting in Brussels saw Slovenia being urged to step up efforts to reduce its public finance deficit, Finance Minister Uroš Čufer said. The other point stressed was that quality is more important than speed in the transfer of toxic assets to the bad bank.
