Tovšak Gets Five Years for Two Cases of EU Funds Fraud
Celje, 10 July - Former boss of construction giant Vegrad Hilda Tovšak pleaded guilty to two cases of commercial fraud in a pretrial hearing on Wednesday. Tovšak received a combined five-year prison sentence for fraudulent use of EU funds in the renovation of the Church-owned Betnava mansion in Maribor and the renovation of the Rimske terme spa.
