Celje, 10 July - Former boss of construction giant Vegrad Hilda Tovšak pleaded guilty to two cases of commercial fraud in a pretrial hearing on Wednesday. Tovšak will receive a combined five-year prison sentence on Thursday when the judge formally hands down the ruling.
