Trimo Strikes Deal with Banks, Embarks on Restructuring

Ljubljana, 11 July - A standoff between lenders and the management of Trimo, a maker of prefabricated construction elements, appears to have ended as the company agreed to the appointment of a procurator, a special authorized representatives who can override management decisions.
