Ljubljana, 12 July - Former Interior Ministry State Secretary Damjan Lah has been charged by the Ljubljana District State Prosecutor's Office with abuse of office in the case of the controversial lease of a building for the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in 2010, the daily Delo reported on Friday.
