Pesnica, 16 July - AJM, a family-owned maker of PVC doors and windows, has weathered the crisis despite a protracted decline of the construction industry that has wreaked havoc in the sector. The company's director, Trivo Krempl, attributes the company's success to innovation and a refocus on exports.
