Ljubljana, 18 July - The coalition confirmed the budget rebalance last week, showing that despite the constant raising of taxes, government deficits still persist. The problem lays in the fact that the government is not able to cut its expenses, since it has to "appease" the hunger of the red elite, weekly Demokracija says on Thursday.
