Strasbourg, 19 July - Overcrowded prisons and the lack of activity programmes for prisoners were listed among the shortfalls of the Slovenian correction system in a report published Friday by the Council of Europe's Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT).
