No Major Judicial Mistake Found in Tovšak Detention Release

Ljubljana, 22 July - A special review has shown that the investigative judge who failed to release disgraced construction boss Hilda Tovšak from detention in April after the term for detention ran out "did not make a significant professional mistake", the Maribor Higher Court told the STA on Monday.
