Ljubljana, 31 July - Commenting on Wednesday's resignations of the Ljubljana and Maribor archbishops, Anton Stres and Marjan Turnšek, over a financial scandal, church law expert Karel Bolčina said that the punishment was too severe, adding that those truly responsible remained behind the scenes.
