SOD Gets New Top Supervisor, Plans Performance-Boosting Measures

Ljubljana, 1 August - The supervisory board of the state asset manager SOD appointed Samo Lozej, director of the Ljubljana co-generation plant TE-TOL, new chairman on Thursday, while announcing a series of measures to improve operations at state-owned companies and pledging transparent privatisation.
