Property Values to be Adjusted Ahead of Real Estate Tax

Ljubljana, 15 August - The Surveying and Mapping Authority (GURS) will make adjustments to the value of real estate in its database which will serve as the basis for calculating the proposed real estate tax, its officials have told the press. Due to the ongoing real estate slump, property values will be reduced by 10-30%.
