Shareholders Sign Agreement to Sell 73% of Telekom

Ljubljana, 30 August - Shareholders, the majority of them state-owned companies, have signed an agreement to sell a combined 72.75% of Telekom Slovenije, a move signalling that the long-awaited privatisation of the telecoms operator will proceed as planned.
