Koper, 5 September - Responding to a demand by the state-run SOD fund, the management of port operator Luka Koper has called an urgent shareholders' meeting for 7 October at which an overhaul is experted of the supervisory board responsible for the recent contentious appointment of Gašpar Gašpar Mišič as Luka Koper's new CEO.
