Winding Down Caps Long Struggle for Probanka, Factor Banka

Ljubljana, 6 September - The decision by the government Friday to conduct an "orderly winding down" of Probanka and Factor banka is not surprising given that the two banks weathered the initial years of the financial and economic crisis but their problems have been growing worse as they failed to secure fresh capital.
