Mass Graves Commission Head Says Burial Should Come Before Monument

Ljubljana, 8 September - Head of the government Commission for Concealed Mass Graves Jože Dežman has criticised what he sees as the intention of the government to spend the bulk of available funds for a central monument to all war victims instead of properly burying the victims.
