Corruption Watchdog: Luka Koper Supervisors Undermined Transparency

Ljubljana, 9 September - The supervisory board at port operator Luka Koper undermined transparency of appointing management board members when it unanimously decided not to record the debate before the vote on Gašpar Gašpar Mišič as Luka Koper CEO, the Corruption Prevention Commission said on Monday.
