Almost Business as Usual as Probanka, Factor Banka Reopen

Ljubljana/Maribor, 9 September - Probanka and Factor banka, which will undergo supervised liquidation, reopened on Monday morning. There were no lines at the bank branches in the morning, suggesting that assurances from central bank officials and the EUR 1bn in state guarantees for deposits have averted a panic.
