Delo Says Higher Tolls Saving Taxpayers Not DARS

Ljubljana, 17 September - The daily Delo defends on Tuesday the government's decision to raise motorway tolls, saying that while it is true that it was proposed by motorway company DARS, the hike is not saving DARS but taxpayers.
