Večer Says Its Owner Wants to Drain Accumulated Profit

Maribor, 25 September - Newspaper publisher Večer will hold an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on 4 November to decide on a proposal under which media house Delo, an 80% owner of Večer, wants to pay out dividends totalling some EUR 507,000, which is almost the entire accumulated profit of the publisher, the daily Večer reports on Wednesday.
