Ljubljana, 2 October - A transcribed police phone tap targeting Tomaž Lovše shows that the recently arrested financial magnate helped Agrokor boss Ivica Todorić in efforts to clinch the acquisition of Slovenian rival retailer Mercator. Croatia's Todorić also makes a reference about the involvement of the NLB bank boss Janko Medja.
