Probanka, Factor Banka Submit Restructuring Plans

Ljubljana, 22 October - Probanka and Factor banka have completed a key step in the process of orderly winding-down as they submitted by the 21 October deadline restructuring plans to the central bank, including opening balance sheets that show the actual extent of their capital shortfall.
