Overhauled Insolvency Legislation Still Being Coordinated

Ljubljana, 24 October - The government on Wednesday failed to adopt an overhauled insolvency act which will include the long-awaited solutions for a systemic deleveraging of companies. The justice minister explained the ministry was still coordinating the changes with the IMF and awaiting an opinion of the ECB, so they would be adopted in early November.
