EU Prosecutor Plan Blocked at Committee

Ljubljana, 25 October - EU plans to set up an EU office of a public prosecutor for tackling abuses of EU funds was rejected by the parliamentary EU Affairs Committee on Friday on grounds that it runs afoul of the principle of subsidiarity.
